The problem
One recording, then hours of manual work: editing, writing it up, reformatting for each platform, posting everywhere. Content sat unpublished because the repurposing was the bottleneck.
Who this is for
Coaches, consultants, and course creators who record more than they publish. Worth building when webinars, client calls, and voice notes are stacking up in a folder, and the editing queue rather than the ideas is the bottleneck.
What I built
A content pipeline in Zapier that turns one recording into published content everywhere:
- Audio and video transcribed straight from Google Drive
- Blog posts generated from the transcript with Zapier AI
- Looping logic formats and publishes per platform
- Posts go live on Facebook Pages and LinkedIn without manual posting
The result
One recording becomes published content across multiple platforms. The bottleneck between recording and publishing is gone.
