The Proof Program · 3 Spots · Coaches, Consultants & Agencies

I'm building 3 automation systems for free.

A complete automation system for your business. Built in your tools, tested, documented, live. No fee. What I ask back is a short video testimonial and permission to publish the build as a case study.

3 spots. First come, first assessed. Normally a $1,500 to $2,500 project.

Why I'm doing this

I'm Roxli Cahayag. I build automation systems for coaches, consultants, and small agencies. I have 14 systems in my portfolio: lead scoring in GoHighLevel, AI voice reception, invoice sync, content repurposing pipelines. Every one of them works.

Every one of them is also a demonstration I built myself. What I don't have yet is a real business owner on camera saying it saved them their Tuesday mornings. That proof is worth more to me right now than the project fee.

So here's the straight trade. You get a complete automation system built for free. I get a named case study and a short video testimonial. No hidden fee. No contract that starts charging you later. Three businesses, then it closes.

What you get

One complete system. Not a trial, not a demo, not a stripped-down version. The same build a paying client gets.

One automation system, built and live

Scoped with you, built in your existing stack, tested against your real data, and switched on. Not a prototype you have to finish yourself.

Built in the tools you already pay for

GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or n8n. Plus OpenAI or Claude where AI genuinely helps. I work inside your accounts, so you own everything.

Full documentation and a handoff call

A written map of what runs, when, and why. Plus a 30 minute walkthrough so your team can actually use it without me.

30 days of free support after launch

If something breaks or an edge case shows up in the first month, I fix it. No invoice, no argument.

What I ask back

Written down plainly so nobody is surprised later. This is the whole price.

A short video testimonial

2 to 3 minutes, recorded on your laptop or phone after the system has been running for two weeks. Your words, your face, your business name. I send the questions in advance.

Permission to publish the case study

I write it up on automatewithrox.com and share it on LinkedIn: your business name, the problem, the build, and the hours saved. You approve the draft before it goes anywhere.

About 60 minutes of your time

One 30 minute kickoff call and one 30 minute handoff call. Plus replies to my questions within 48 hours so the two-week build doesn't stall.

The exact terms

Read this properly before you apply. It saves us both a call.

Scope is one workflow, not a platform. Examples of a yes: lead follow-up with scoring and routing, client onboarding from signed to welcomed, appointment confirmation and reminder sequences, invoice and payment tracking sync, one recording turned into content for three channels. Examples of a no: a custom web app, a mobile app, a full CRM migration, or five systems at once.

Two weeks from kickoff to live. That holds because the scope is locked at kickoff. Adding things mid-build is the reason projects slip, so new ideas go on a list for later rather than into this build.

Software subscriptions are yours. My build time is free. The tools it runs on are not mine to give: your Zapier, Make, n8n, or GoHighLevel account, plus any API usage. Most businesses in scope already pay for these. If you don't, I'll tell you the cheapest workable setup before you commit to anything.

You own all of it. Every workflow lives in your account. Every credential stays yours. If we never speak again after handoff, the system keeps running. Nothing is locked to me.

If the testimonial doesn't happen, nothing bad happens to you. I'm not going to invoice you or switch anything off. But I will stop taking free builds, which is why I'd rather you be honest now than polite now.

Three spots, then it closes. When they're filled this page comes down and the normal rates apply. Those start at $500 for a single workflow and $1,500 for a full GoHighLevel pipeline.

Who this is for

A good fit

You run a coaching, consulting, or small agency business doing roughly $8k/month or more. You're the decision maker. You already use a CRM or automation tool. You lose real hours every week to the same manual task. And you're comfortable being named and recorded.

Not a fit

You can't be named or appear on camera. You need custom software rather than automation. You want ongoing free work after the build. You're not the person who decides. Or you have no tools and no budget for tool subscriptions, because the system has to run somewhere.

If you're not a fit but still want the work done, that's completely fine. Book a normal paid project instead and we skip all of this.

How it runs

You apply

Book a 30 minute call, or email me the four answers below. Either works. The call is faster.

We check the fit

30 minutes. I look at the task you want gone and tell you honestly whether automation is the right fix. Some problems aren't.

I confirm your spot

Within 48 hours of the call you get a yes or a no, plus a one-page scope. You approve the scope before I build anything.

Two week build

Built in your stack. You see progress as it happens. Then it goes live with documentation and a handoff call.

Two weeks running, then the testimonial

The system runs for two weeks so you're talking about real results, not a promise. Then we record the video and I draft the case study for your approval.

Proof the builds actually work

These are from my portfolio. Same standard of build, same documentation, same testing.

Leads scored and assigned in seconds

GoHighLevel. Leads scored, routed, and actioned automatically. Nothing sits waiting in an inbox.

The four things I need to know either way:

1. Business name and website. 2. What you do, in one line. 3. The manual task you want gone, specifically: what happens, how often, and who does it now. 4. The tools you already use.

Then one confirmation: yes, you can do a short video testimonial and be named in a published case study.

Questions people ask

Why would you build an automation system for free?

Because a named case study with a real business owner on video is worth more to me right now than the project fee. I have 14 systems in my portfolio and all of them are demonstrations I built myself. What I don't have is a client saying on camera that it worked. That's the trade.

What's the catch?

No hidden fee and no contract that starts charging you later. What I ask is specific and written down above: a 2 to 3 minute video testimonial after launch, and permission to publish the build as a named case study. If either is a problem, this isn't the right fit, and a normal paid project is the better route.

Do I have to pay for software subscriptions?

Yes. My build time is free. The tools it runs on are yours: your Zapier, Make, n8n, or GoHighLevel account, plus any API usage. Most businesses in scope already pay for these. If you don't, I'll tell you the cheapest workable setup before you commit.

How long does it take, and how much of my time?

Two weeks from kickoff to live for a single workflow. About 60 minutes of your time in total: a 30 minute kickoff and a 30 minute handoff. Plus replies to my questions within 48 hours so the build doesn't stall.

What happens after the free build? Do you upsell me?

I'll tell you what else I spotted that's worth automating, because it would be strange not to. Then you decide. There's no obligation and nothing switches off if you say no.

Are the spots really limited?

Yes, three. Each build is two weeks of real work plus a month of support, so three is what I can deliver properly at once. When they're filled this page comes down and the normal rates apply.

One of the 3 spots could be yours

30 minute call. Free. You'll get a straight answer on whether automation actually fixes your problem, whether you get a spot or not.
